Slowing Down

by Lisa on December 8, 2009

I have been thinking a lot about slowing down. Daily Pinch is my blog, but there is so much I do that I don’t really talk about. I’m a wife, mother, volunteer, PTA secretary, write childrens books, editor, business woman and a few other things I am sure that I am forgetting right now.

It’s only 18 days until Christmas and I am just worn out. Tired beyond belief. I have a super secret project that I am working on and it is going to be amazing. However, we are still nailing down the design and business plan. It’s gets more detailed oriented everyday. I love the details, but sometimes my brain gets overwhelmed and I just can’t get it to shut down.

Really, it’s kind of like building with Legos. You know what the end product is supposed to look like, however there are lots of funky little pieces that are needed to get you where you should be.

So, I am here. I am going to keep on, keeping on. Thanks for listening.
