It’s coming on Christmas and I am feeling a little tired and a worn down. What a better way to perk myself up this week than to have an entire week of Christmas wish lists! Today, I am all about beauty and making myself look and feel better. After all, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I need something to give me a little oomph!
- ré vive peau magnifique: First things first. I want to make my skin look fantastic. That’s why I would go for ré vive peau magnifique to reset my skin’s ‘aging clock’. This 4-ampoules-in-4-weeks treatment is teeming with Telomerase, which turns your skin’s tired, sluggish, sleep-deprived, adult stem cells into ones like I used to rock with years ago. ré vive suggests using twice a year and revel in the results for the rest of your life. At $1,500 it’s definitely out of my price range.
- Tria Laser Hair Removal 5 setting: This totally rocks. Again, out of my price range, but one worth saving for! I have poly cystic ovarian syndrome and will get wacky spots of hair growth. So I think I have to seriously save for it! $595.00
- Guerlain-180 Year Collectors Set: Imagine a set of perfumes from the iconic Guerlain label. It contains 18-1oz bottles of ranging from the 1853 Eau de Cologne Imperiale, composed for Empress Eugenie in 1853, to the House’s newest scent, Cruel Gardenia, created in 2008. Set in Art Deco bottles, this collection is limited to 60 pieces in the United States! It’s also $3,750.00! But, a girl can dream, can’t she?
- Bobbi Brown Exclusive Black Plum Beauty Trunk: I am a Bobbi Brown freak! When I saw this, I squealed like a bunch of middle school girls squealing over whomever the latest teen idol is at the moment. It was enough to cause my husband to run out to the living room and wonder what I had done to myself! Believe me, I have begged, I have pleaded, but there is no way, no how Santa is leaving this under my tree. At $1,000 it packs a hefty price tag.
- Limited Edition Mistouko Prestigious Baccarat: What do you say about a bottle of perfume that costs $7,000? Holy crap! From the Neiman Marcus website: “Mitsouko is 90 this year! To mark the occasion, Guerlain is offering a limited, numbered edition of 14 bottles of Extract in Baccarat crystal decorated with an original jewel in jade and pearls. Only 5 of these will be sold in the United States.” Wow. Having that bottle would make me feel like a Russian Imperial Princess or something.
- Creme de La Mer: Need I say anything else? But, I would want the big boy. That’s right. Santa, won’t you pony up for the $1,390 jar? Pretty please. I have been a good little blogger this year.
- Cle de Peau Beaute Brush Set: Makeup brushes are needed to create a flawless face. I bet my face would be immaculate with this $300 set!
Well, that’s about it. The only other thing I could think of would be the works by my friend Samantha over at Potion Beauty in Charlotte. She is a wizard and her staff is divine! I always look like a queen when I walk out of her shop. A glowing, gorgeous queen.
So, what was the damage for this Christmas Beauty Wish List? $15,535! Ridiculous, right? Maybe, but it was fun to dream for a little while!
